Festival Tropical

It seems like nearly every weekend there is some marvelous parade floating through Paris. This past weekend was the Carnaval Tropical, a mini version of the Carnivals of Rio, Venice, and New Orleans. Loud colorful dancers from exotic corners of the world descended upon Paris to paint the town tropical.
